The only place that had my wheels in stock and for a great price. A little skeptical at first because it doesn't seem like a giant corporation but I got my wheels very fast, no hassles. Hockey Outlet- I am very impressed with my order. I ordered from the internet on 8/6 and received everything today, 8/12. That's the fastest I've received anything I've ever ordered online without paying for overnight service! Not only that, my order was complete and exactly what I had ordered (not a very common thing for interenet orders, either). I couldn't find any XL items in stores and was pleased to find them on your site and they arrived just in time for my husband's first practice with his new hockey leaugue. I will be ordering everything from your site from now on, in fact I'm going to place another order probably next week, I'm trying to find him an XXL practice jersey and of course can't find any in stores- I'm sure you'll have exactly what I'm looking for. Dear Owner/ Manager, I ordered a size small Jersey and received a large by mistake. I called to hopefully change what had happened. With today's attitude to the customer I was not very hopeful about the situation. I called the Westminster store and did not get the gentleman's name but at no time did the person tell me "No" or "I DON'T KNOW". He simply answered my questions with "hang on, let me find out" or "I'm not sure about that, but we can fix that". He sent me a return label by email within 20 minutes and sent the correct size out by UPS that day as I received the jersey here in Vegas 2 hours after I returned the original package the following day. WOW what customer service. Please say thank you to your crew for a excellent job well done. Again to the gentleman at the Westminster store who helped me THANK YOU. Cheers, Stuart

Body: These guys have it together! I have ordered, I believe, some 10 jerseys now. On only one occasion have I had a delivery problem and this was due to the usual problem of not having an item that I wanted in stock. It took a little while to correct this last shipment due to the order consisting of 4 jerseys. In general, the customer service people are great, prompt, personal, and very efficient. Their communications skills are a big plus for the company. My only recommendation would be to have all items in stock! If I were actually a diehard hockey fan and wanted my San Jose Sharks home jersey, I would, or could have been very disappointed by you not having the jersey in stock. However, the disappointment is compensated by a great customer service team that offers good advice and practical solutions. Respectfully, John S.
